<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Reginald Karl Patrick, 33, of 3709 Amistad Lane in Raleigh, was arrested Sunday after allegedly assaulting a man with a handgun.

Raleigh police charged Patrick with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, carrying a concealed weapon after consuming alcohol and discharging a firearm within city limits.

He is being held in the Wake County Jail under a $5,000 bond.
