<b>APEX, N.C.</b> — An Apex man is accused of peeping into a bathroom stall in Cary earlier this month.

Dwayne Eugene Gibson Jr., 32, of 1533 Wimberly Road, was arrested Sunday.

He is accused of secretly peeping into a women's restroom on August 7 at Cary Orthopedics at 1110 S.E. Cary Parkway, according to the arrest warrant.

The victim told authorities that she screamed for help when she saw the man peering into her stall.

Gibson was being held Sunday at the Wake County Jail.
