ABERDEEN, N.C. — Michael Ray Ogden, 44, of Aberdeen, was charged Feb. 8 on 27 charges including first-degree statutory rape, felony child abuse involving a sexual act and indecent liberties with a child.
Ogden is being held in the Moore County jail under a $250,000 bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 18.
