RALEIGH, N.C. — Two Wake County public high schools are among the top 100 in the nation, according to a report released Tuesday by Newsweek Magazine.

Raleigh Charter High School ranked 18th while William G. Enloe High School placed 53rd.

Four other high schools in North Carolina made the top 100: Myers Park (Charlotte), 29th, Harding (Charlotte), 58th, Western Guilford (Greensboro), 80th, and Grimsley (Greensboro), 84th.

The school are ranked according to a ratio that factors in the number of advanced placement tests taken by the school’s graduating seniors.
