<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Two men were shot Sunday afternoon near a Wells Fargo bank in Durham, police said.

The men were shot before 4 p.m. near 2821 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. and were taken to a hospital.

One of the victims was in serious condition, but the men's injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Police did not have information about a suspect.
