<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — More than 160 kids participated in the United Healthcare IRONKIDS Raleigh fun run Saturday at the Marriott City Center.

Kids between the ages of 3 and 15 ran portions of the Ironman race and received a race bib, T-shirt, gift bag and medal.

This is the sixth year for the race, which helps to stem the rising tide of childhood obesity through healthy lifestyles.
