12-year-old boy shoots BB gun at occupied vehicle
A 12-year-old boy is being held at the Raleigh Police Department for shooting a BB gun at an occupied vehicle Monday afternoon at the 2,000 block of Fordham Lane.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A 12-year-old boy was charged with shooting a BB gun at an occupied vehicle Monday afternoon at the 2,000 block of Fordham Lane.
Authorities said they received a call around 5:45 p.m. from a Child Protective Services representative.
Police arrived at the scene and took the boy into custody for questioning.
Since the boy is a minor, he was placed into secured juvenile custody Monday night, according to officials.
