Man seriously injured in shooting on Alston Avenue in Durham
One person was shot in a shooting on Alston Avenue in Durham Sunday afternoon, officials said.

DURHAM, N.C. — A man was seriously injured in a shooting in the 1500 block of Alston Avenue in Durham around 3:30 p.m. Sunday, officials said.
According to the preliminary investigation, he was shot near the Burger King on Alston Avenue. He then ran to his home at 1515 Alston Avenue.
He was taken to the hospital. At that time, he was conscious and alert.
Police are looking for three suspects in relation to the shooting, but they do not have anyone in custody.
