1 killed in Nash County crash that also injured child
Authorities are investigating after a crash killed one person and injured two others Friday night in Nash County.

The Nash County Sheriff’s Office said the two-car crash happened at about 8 p.m. on N.C. Highway 581 near Bailey.
At least one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two others, including one child, were taken to WakeMed for treatment. Their conditions were unknown.
Photos from the scene showed that airbags had deployed in both vehicles as a result of the crash.
Authorities have not said what caused the crash or if any charges will be filed.
