Apex police on Monday arrested two women who work at a massage parlor, charging them with practicing massage therapy without a license.

APEX, N.C. — Apex police on Monday arrested two women who work at a massage parlor, charging them with practicing massage therapy without a license.

Seong Fan Chen, 41, and Xin Lan Chao, 50, were arrested at Touch of Asia, at 811 E. Williams St.

Police were also looking for a man, Quan Chun Li, 53, the owner of Touch of Asia, who is charged with advancing prostitution by maintaining a place for prostitution.

The three arrests come after a months-long investigation, authorities said.
