Zaycon Fresh has "suspended business operations"

If you have any outstanding orders from Zaycon Fresh, you need to know that they have suspended operations as of Monday, June 25, 2018.
The message on their website indicates:
"It is with deep regret that we inform you that as of June 25th, we are suspending business operations. Zaycon Fresh has put forth monumental efforts to endure recent challenges but conditions are such that this suspension is necessary. Updates will be forthcoming as we are able to provide them. Thank You"
I have reached out to the company for additional details and have not received any response.
Multiple readers have contacted me about the apparent shut-down including Amanda W. in Wake County. She placed a $41 order recently and one of her friends has an $80 order that has not yet been fulfilled. She shared, "There are members of the coupon page I follow that are all trying to contact their credit cards and banks to get credits and fight the charges."
If you have placed an order and have not received the product, you may want to call your credit card company and explain the situation and request a refund on the order. You can also contact Zaycon directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about orders and refunds.
Zaycon has deleted their Facebook page so you will not be able to find updates there.
According to an article from CouponsInTheNews.com, the company has been experiencing financial issues for years and they are currently dealing with a lawsuit from the former CEO.
If you are unfamiliar with Zaycon, they offered chicken and other meat products for good prices in bulk online. You ordered the product and paid online and then they delivered the products in trucks to various locations and you went to the truck to pick up the frozen meat. I did not order from them, but I do know others who have used them and had mixed reviews about the quality and timeliness of order delivery.
