SC governor shuts off late-night alcohol sales to slow spread of COVID-19

Henry McMaster says the 8,000 bars and restaurants across the state licensed to sell alcoholic beverages will have to shut off those sales at 11 p.m. each night to stem the state's raging coronavirus outbreak.
