RALEIGH, N.C. — Warm weather is finally here, and the Triangle's local breweries are hot spots for afternoon and evening gatherings. These were your top five picks for best brewery in WRAL's 2018 Voters Choice Awards.

Bond Brothers Beer Co.

Bond Brothers has been around since 2016 but has already won several awards, including best new brewery. Bond Brothers has been a part of the revitalization of downtown Cary and is well-known for its sours, its events and its run club.

Lynnwood Brewing Concern

You can visit Lynnwood's brewery in northeast Raleigh or their restaurant and brewing concern off Glenwood Avenue. Lynnwood has a sour program and everything from light beers to dry stouts.

Trophy Brewing

In the heart of downtown Raleigh, Trophy Brewing is know for its fantastic beers along with their pizza and patio.

Brewery Bhavana

Brewery Bhavana is so much more than a brewery. The beautiful space also holds a flower shop, a dim sum restaurant and a bookstore. The white granite tap wall features more than 40 stainless steel taps of home brews ranging from IPAs to sours. It was also named one of the coolest places to dine in the world.

Ponysaurus Brewing

Established in 2013, Ponysaurus started in an attic and evolved into its downtown Durham garage. It distributes its craft beers across the state.
