Halloween is this weekend and we have your guide to pumpkin patches, corn mazes and where to find the best Halloween lights.
Pumpkin patches, corn mazes
Find haunted houses, corn mazes and pumpkin patches by searching our database of places for fall fun. Our list has locations throughout the area.
When is trick-or-treat this year?
Halloween is Oct. 31, which is a Sunday this year. Most cities and towns will have trick-or-treating on Oct. 31, no matter what day of the week it falls on. A few places, however, have moved trick-or-treat to Oct. 30 because it's a Saturday. Find out which ones have made the switch.
And if you are out there trick-or-treating, make sure to submit a photo of your family, child or pet for a chance to win concert tickets and a Roku.
Check out great Halloween decorations and 'haunted' places
We have a list of great Halloween displays in the area, including the famous house in Raleigh's historic Oakwood neighborhood. And if you are feeling extra brave, we also have a list of so-called haunted places you can check out in the area, like the Grove Park Inn in Asheville.
Plus, WRAL contributor Sloane Heffernan has a fun story about her neighbor's decorations, and we have details about a Raleigh teen raising money to help fight childhood cancer through a haunted drive-thru event.
