Everyone. Meteorologist Anthony Bag Leone here in the W R A L severe weather center on this Sunday. We certainly have seen the cloud cover. The relatively cool temperatures sticking with us here to close out the weekend into tonight. We're really going to start to see some of these breaking up. And then I think as we head into Monday especially, we'll see some sunshine peaking through and it should actually be a pretty nice start here to this upcoming week. There's future cast. It continues to show the cloud cover with us here into tonight. Maybe a stray Sprinkle out the door. Monday morning. Most everyone will be nice and dry. But I just want to make you aware that chance at least is there Monday morning, we'll see partly cloudy skies through the day. Some sunshine peeking through warmer temperatures still relatively comfortable though, humidity wise into tomorrow evening, let's say between about 9 to 11 PM, we could see a few passing showers, maybe a thunderstorm here, especially for our western counties, Sanford. We head even to Chapel Hill, maybe into Raleigh, Fayetteville. That's where we could see a few passing showers tomorrow night. We're comfortably cool tonight. Some spots. Look at that in the low fifties there, South Hill, Virginia, Rocky Mount Goldsborough. You may even want the sweatshirt light jacket here handy tomorrow morning. Just depending on how cool it gets in your location we're at, let's say low to mid fifties for most of us tomorrow morning, partly cloudy skies, 70 degrees already by 10 AM tomorrow. We continue here with warmer temperatures into this upcoming week. Our normal for this time of year is 85. We're gonna be at 82 tomorrow, 87 on Tuesday and then a relative cool down there into Thursday at 78. What I'll say is most of this week here looking like some pretty good pool weather. It will still be comfortable. No big days here with humidity just off the charts. It's still going to be feeling pretty nice for our muggy meter there. You can see the next little while we're at 82 tomorrow, maybe a few isolated showers and storms tomorrow evening and then a little bit better chance here Wednesday night into Thursday as the system comes through into next weekend. At this point, we do look dry Saturday and Sunday but still temperatures definitely hot there. 85 on Saturday, 89 degrees potentially 90 as we head into Sunday here of next weekend.

Burlington police have arrested a man who is accused of setting multiple cars on fire Saturday.
