RALEIGH, N.C. — We've got your guide to socially distant fun this weekend.
Enjoy a drive-in movie, food trucks in Durham - Head to RTP Frontier in Durham for a drive-in movie this weekend. On Friday, "Space Jam" will be screened and Chirba Chirba and Gussy's food trucks will be on hand. On Saturday, "Forrest Gump" will be shown and NC Bulkogi and Chick-N-Que food trucks will be serving. Tickets are $20 per car.
N.C. State Fair Fair Food Days - The North Carolina State Fair will be hosting Drive-Thru Fair Food Days Friday through Sunday (June 26-28) and the following weekend (July 3-5). The events will run noon to 6 p.m. Sales will be cash only.
Consider a trip to Rocky Mount- Want to get away for a few days but don't want to go too far away from home? Rocky Mount Mills is home to a tiny home resort and other places to explore.
Visit the Greensboro Science Center - The Greensboro Science Center reopened last week after closing 93 days before because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Admission will be limited, and time slot reservations are required. Reservations can be made on the science center's website.
