WRAL.com Voters' Choice Awards return in September
The fifth-annual WRAL.com Voters' Choice Awards return in September, and you'll have the opportunity to nominate and vote for the Triangle area's best events, restaurants, businesses and more.
Posted — UpdatedIn 2018, over 75,000 votes were cast, and the winners were announced at an event in January. Some of our repeat winners included La Farm Bakery for Best Baked Goods, Red Hat Amphitheater for Best Live Music, Gonza Tacos Y Tequila for Best Tacos, and Triangle Rowing Club for Best Youth Sports League.
In 2019, WRAL is looking for even more of the best hidden gems and new finds to celebrate alongside longtime favorites.
Nominations open on WRAL.com on September 16 for over 100 categories. You can submit one nomination per category per day through October 14.
New 2019 categories include innovative businesses and business leaders, places to volunteer, and expanded medical and education categories.
The winners of the fifth-annual WRAL.com Voters’ Choice Awards will be announced in January at an event for all finalists. The event will be live-streamed on WRAL.com, and results will be published online immediately after the event concludes.
