SPRING LAKE, N.C. — A guest at the Starlit Motel in Spring Lake told authorities two women robbed him after he turned down their proposition for sex Thursday night.

The women knocked the guest's door, and when he refused them, they pushed him to the floor, stole his wallet and fled, said Debbie Tanna, a spokeswoman for the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives want to talk to Sonya Johnson Claytor, 38, of 909 Whitcomb Drive in Fayetteville. They believe she has information that could solve the case, and there are no charges against her, Tanna said.

Claytor is described as a black woman,  5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds. She has brown eyes and medium-length, corn-row-styled black hair. She wears glasses.

Anyone with information about Claytor’s whereabouts should call the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office 910-323-1500 or leave an anonymous tip by calling 919-484-8477.
