Woman stabbed at Fuquay-Varina party

Fuquay-Varina said that a woman was stabbed after an uninvited guest caused a disturbance at a large party early Saturday.

FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. — Fuquay-Varina said that a woman was stabbed after an uninvited guest caused a disturbance at a large party early Saturday.

The uninvited guest got into a dispute with some men at the party at 326 Holland Glen St. around 2 a.m., police said.

A woman bystander was stabbed in the arm. She was taken to WakeMed.

Police said they have identified Keith Oliver, of Fuquay-Varina, as a suspect. He remains at large.
