Woman slain in Henderson
A 33-year-old Henderson woman was shot to death at her home Wednesday, police said.
Posted — UpdatedEMS workers found Letitia Hammond dead at 710 S. Carolina Ave. around 6:30 p.m., police said. Police declared her death the result of an apparent homicide and opened a criminal investigation.
Police said they are actively following leads, but declined to comment further on the case.
