A woman was shot early Sunday in the parking lot of a strip club, officials said.

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — A woman was shot early Sunday in the parking lot of a strip club.

Around 3:15 a.m., officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to a report of drug activity at Pool Palace, a club located at 3118 Bragg Boulevard.

According to officials, officers heard multiple gunshots at the scene as cars fled the club lot.

One victim arrived at Cape Fear Valley hospital following the incident with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her lower leg.

There is no suspect information available at this time, police said.
