A woman was wounded late Monday in a shooting on Pine Street Court north of downtown Fayetteville, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A woman was wounded late Monday in a shooting on Pine Street Court north of downtown Fayetteville, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the area, which is off Pine Street, at about 9:45 p.m. No other information about the shooting has been released.
The woman's name and information about the severity of her injuries were not immediately available.
