Woman shot in apparent drive-by on I-440
Raleigh police said that a woman was wounded in an apparent drive-by shooting early Sunday on Interstate 440 at Glenwood Avenue.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police said that a woman was wounded in an apparent drive-by shooting on Interstate 440 in north Raleigh early Sunday.
Vickie Silva, 18, was shot by someone in a passing car on I-440 at the Glenwood Avenue exit shortly at 2:17 a.m., police said. She was struck in the arm and treated at a local hospital.
Two passengers in Silva's vehicle were not injured.
No arrests have been made.
Police said they women were headed home after leaving a nightclub.
