Woman reported missing from Hope Mills
The Hope Mills Police Department asked for help from the public Monday in the search for locating Rebecca Michelle Garcia-James, last seen on July 8. She is a 40-year-old white female with tattoos "Jerrica Hayley" on her chest, "Olivia" on the left side of her neck and "Serenity" on the right side of her neck.

Garcia-James also uses the last name Fellows. She is a 40-year-old white female with tattoos “Jerrica Hayley” on her chest, “Olivia” on the left side of her neck and “Serenity” on the right side of her neck.
Garcia-James was last seen wearing a black tank top, faded & ripped denim shorts and pink slippers. She is 5’4" and weighs about 150 pounds.
Rebecca was last known to be in the company of a man, possibly driving a gray Dodge Challenger.
