Police on Wednesday identified a woman who was found dead in a Durham house early Monday.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Police on Wednesday identified a woman who was found dead in a Durham house early Monday.

Officers found the bodies of Toni Fowler, 46, of 111 Lynn Road, and an unidentified man inside the Lynn Road home after a concerned relative asked police to check on the home. The relative told police that cars were parked outside the house, but no one answered the door.

No cause of death has been released, but investigators labeled the deaths homicides. Police said the slayings were not random.
