State troopers charged a Kittrell woman injured in a wreck in Granville County Saturday morning with driving while impaired.

<b>KITTRELL, N.C.</b> — A Kittrell woman injured in a wreck in Granville County Saturday morning faces a charge of driving while impaired.

State troopers said that Erica Henderson, 22, lost control of her car along Cannady Mill Road, near Wilton Road, around 7 a.m. The car ran off the road and overturned.

Henderson suffered a broken hip and leg, but her injuries are considered non-life-threatening, troopers said.

Troopers said that alcohol was a factor in the wreck. In addition to DWI, Henderson was charged with driving left of center.
