A woman was in serious condition after being shot in Dunn, Johnston County officials said.

DUNN, N.C. — A woman was in serious condition after being shot in Dunn, Johnston County officials said.
Deputies responded to Jada Allen Road around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday
The victim was taken to Betsy Johnson Hospital and then transferred to WakeMed in Raleigh.
A male suspect was identified and was being interviewed by authorities.
