Wake Forest, N.C. — A Wake Forest woman was in custody Wednesday after a four-hour standoff with Wake County deputies.
The standoff began at about 11 a.m. at a house on Pageland Drive when deputies tried to serve a warrant at the house, said Phyllis Stephens, spokeswoman for the Wake County Sheriff's Office.
A woman identified as Margaret Horan locked herself inside with a gun, Stephens said.

No one was injured in the incident.
