Woman hospitalized after wreck in Raleigh

A woman was in critical condition at WakeMed Wednesday as a result of a single-vehicle wreck at 6252 Tributary Drive overnight.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A woman was in critical condition at WakeMed Wednesday as a result of a single-vehicle wreck at 6252 Tributary Drive overnight.

According to the wreck report, Pavielle Williamson, 25, of, 6204-K North Hills Drive in Raleigh, was driving at an estimated 90 mph, lost control of her car and it flipped into the house and car at that address.

Williamson's car also hit a power pole, causing a localized outage in the area. Progress Energy restored the service within an hour.
