A Fayetteville man was arrested Tuesday in the weekend shooting death of girlfriend, police said.

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — A Fayetteville man was arrested Tuesday in the weekend shooting death of girlfriend, police said.

That's when authorities believe the man shot Maggie Lashaun Fulmore and left her in the parking lot. Police found Fulmore, 22, dead.

The shooting occurred just after midnight Sunday in the 3400 block of Gardner Street, after Maggie Lashaun Fulmore, 22, and Dashawn Dominique McCullum, 22, were arguing in a vehicle.

McCullum has been charged with first-degree murder and remains in the Cumberland County jail without bond.
