Two people were injured during a house fire in Fayetteville at around 11:30 Friday night.


<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — A woman died in her Fayetteville home during a fire at around 11:30 on Friday night.

Officials do not know what caused the fire, but said they know it started in the kitchen.

The home that burned was on Decatur Drive, according to officials.

A second person in the home was seriously injured and is recovering in the hospital, according to officials.

Officials are still investigating exactly what caused the fire.
