Woman arrested in Carthage breaking and entering
A Moore County woman was arrested Monday in connection to a breaking and entering at a Carthage home.
Posted — UpdatedCARTHAGE, N.C. — A Moore County woman was arrested Monday in connection to a breaking and entering at a Carthage home.
Police arrested and charged Chelsey Elizabeth Monroe, 21, of 1165 Crabtree Road, with two counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of felony larceny and two counts of felony possession of stolen goods.
Monroe was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under an $11,500 secured bond.
She has an October 24 district court date.
