With staff in district attorney's office in COVID quarantine, Durham cancels some court sessions
A number of employees of the Durham County District Attorney's office are in quarantine after exposure to coronavirus.
Posted — UpdatedDURHAM, N.C. — Durham County canceled court sessions scheduled this week in superior criminal court, district court 4D and 5A and traffic and domestic violence cases. Sessions scheduled in those courts between Nov. 30 and Dec. 4 because the district attorney's office doesn't have enough staff to prosecute them. A number of employees of the office are in quarantine after exposure to coronavirus.
