Wayne County deputies have charged a Wilson man with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old, authorities said Monday.

<b>GOLDSBORO, N.C.</b> — Wayne County deputies have charged a Wilson man with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old, authorities said Monday.

Ernie Lee Warrick, 29, of 301 Harper St., Lot 1, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual offense with a child and three counts of indecent liberties with a child.

Warrick is already being held in Wilson County on similar charges, investigators said. His bond on the Wayne County charges was set at $525,000.
