Wicked returning to DPAC after 5 years
Wicked will return to Durham in September after five years away from the Bull City, DPAC announced Tuesday.

DURHAM, N.C. — Wicked will return to Durham in September after five years away from the Bull City, DPAC announced Tuesday.
The popular musical will hit the stage for the fourth time Sept. 30-Oct. 25, with tickets going on sale in January.
Wicked, which tells a different story in the Land of Oz, is known for its moving story and catchy songs like, "Defying Gravity," "Popular" and "For Good." The New York Times called it “the defining musical of the decade,” and Time Magazine called it “a magical Broadway musical with brains, heart, and courage.”
