Hi, everyone. Happy Friday, meteorologist, Anthony Baglione here. Of course, yesterday we had a hot forecast. I was out and about at the pool and it felt very good with the warm temperatures. We did tie the record. What I think we're likely to see today. Another very similar forecast h in the low nineties this afternoon, a little bit more cloud cover though than what we saw yesterday. So we're gonna call it partly cloudy today and maybe even mostly cloudy this evening. Temperatures still at 82 there at eight o'clock into this evening. Let's talk about the next couple of days though. So near record warmth for us today. Our normal high is 77. Well above that for us through the majority of today and 82 is where we go tomorrow. 81 on Sunday. Both of those temperatures due to some rain, cool air, some rain coming in and some more cloud cover this weekend. Then we ramp right back up into our Tuesday of next week with highs in the upper eighties. Again, low eighties there, Saturday, Sunday scattered showers both days. Really. It does look like a mostly dry morning for us. Tomorrow. There's not really a time period though where I can say completely dry for us tomorrow into Sunday, even into Monday. And I'll show you why here on Future Cast, I don't think it's gonna be a total washout, but it could be a little bit unsettled. We go through today. There's some cloud cover, increasing future cast is trying to spit out a shower or two. I think we're dry for today. We go into this evening though later on tonight, closer to midnight, there could be some scattered showers coming through nine o'clock in the morning. Tomorrow, the majority of us are looking calm, but again, there's still some off and on showers possible. We go through the day. Very similar story. If you're out and about headed to the grocery or just, you know, going across town, you may want to still pack the umbrella we go into tomorrow evening tomorrow night, I still think there will be a little bit of rainfall around and then even Sunday during the afternoon, still scattered showers. So this really setting us up for more of an unsettled pattern. We have the Ham and Yam Festival. Of course, tomorrow Smithfield temperatures in the sixties early on low eighties by the afternoon could be a couple of light showers for that. Again, not a washout. Same story for the race for the cure tomorrow morning, a mostly dry start. There could be some light showers as we get closer to 11 o'clock one o'clock in the afternoon, that time period over the next seven though, here's how we shape up 90 today a little bit milder for the weekend with some rain chances. And then right back up into next week, we're talking temperatures on Wednesday and Thursday low to mid nineties. So feeling more like summer here, even though we're technically still in spring.
