Phish (Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek, 3801 Rock Quarry Rd., Raleigh) - The rock band plays Coastal Credit Union Music Park on Friday night.

Lucinda Williams, Steve Earle and Dwight Yoakam (Red Hat Amphitheater, 500 S. McDowell St., Raleigh) - These veteran performers have teamed up for what is being dubbed the "LSD" tour. See them Friday night at Red Hat Amphitheater.

Carolina Music Awards (Fletcher Opera Theater, 2 East South Street, Raleigh) - This event will honor the best musicians in the Carolinas.

The Purple Madness Prince Experience Featuring Bobby Miller (The Ritz, 2820 Industrial Drive, Raleigh) - Enjoy this tribute to Prince at The Ritz on Sunday night.

Brotherhood Bash Party (Lincoln Theatre, 126 E. Cabarrus St., Raleigh) - This block party starts at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Lincoln Theatre. There will be live music from Born Again Heathens and Antique Outlaws in addition to food trucks and raffles.

Book of Mormon (DPAC, 123 Vivian St., Durham) - This Tony award-winning musical returns to Durham Performing Arts Center this week. This outrageous musical comedy follows the misadventures of a mismatched pair of missionaries sent halfway across the world to spread the Good Word. See it through Sunday.

Burn This (Sonorous Road Theatre, 3801 Hillsborough St., Raleigh) - This play is set in New York's bohemian art world. It focuses on two outcasts who meet in the wake of a mutual friend's accidental death. The show runs through Aug. 19.

Downtown Cary Food and Flea (Downtown Cary, 100 W. Chatham St., Cary) - This monthly artist and vintage market features live music, shopping, food trucks and craft beer. Check it out on Sunday starting at noon.

Latino Festival (Rock Quarry Park, 701 Stadium Drive, Durham) - Enjoy entertainment, activities and food during this annual festival at Rocky Quarry Park in Durham on Saturday. The event is free and open to the public.

Vintage Market Days (N.C. State Fairgrounds Exposition Center, 1025 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh) - This upscale vintage-inspired market features original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures and more at the fairgrounds.

Oysterfest (The Durham Hotel, 315 East Chapel Hill St., Durham) - This 3-course sustainable seafood dinner with Paul Greenberg and Locals Seafood is Saturday night at The Durham Hotel.

Beauty and the Beast Sing-A-Long (Booth Amphitheatre, 8003 Regency Parkway, Cary) - Check out this outdoor screening of "Beauty and the Beast" on Friday night. Tickets are $5 and children under 12 years old are admitted for free. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the WakeMed Children’s hospital.
