A lot of stuff happening this weekend, including "Stranger Things" night at Durham Bulls and the Beer Olympics at Raleigh Beer Garden.

Durham Bulls: Stranger Things Weekend (Durham Bulls Athletic Park, 409 Blackwell St., Durham) - The Durham Bulls will host Stranger Things Weekend Saturday and Sunday at the ballpark. The Bulls will be wearing specialty jerseys themed after Starcourt Mall. On Saturday night there will be post-game fireworks. On Sunday, kids can run the bases.
The Raleigh Beer Garden Beer Olympics (Raleigh Beer Garden , 614 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh) - Raleigh Beer Garden will host its first Beer Olympics on Sunday. Teams of four can sign up via the Raleigh Beer Garden Facebook page. It is $60 per team and includes a free beer for each person. Opening ceremonies start at 1 p.m. and events will include trivia, beer pong, cornhole, dodgeball and more.
2021 World’s Largest Flip Flop 1K (Bond Brothers, 202 E. Cedar St. Cary) - Head to Bond Brothers in Cary on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for this 1K run. Unlike previous years they will not be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for largest flip flop run due to the corralling requirements to count and start the race. This year's event is a fundraiser to sponsor children through the Wake County Holiday Cheer Program.
Jamey Johnson (Red Hat Amphitheater, 500 S. McDowell St., Raleigh) - Platinum-selling singer/songwriter Jamey Johnson, one of today's most respected country music artists, will play Red Hat Amphitheater on Friday night.
SouthEast Crab Feast - Raleigh (Lake Wheeler Park, 6404 Lake Wheeler Rd., Raleigh) - This event features all you can eat fresh blue crabs, one side of fish and chips, music and more fun at Lake Wheeler Park on Saturday.
Pop-Up Raleigh Art and Vintage Market (Trophy Brewing and Taproom (Maywood), 656 Maywood Avenue, Raleigh) - Pop-Up Raleigh is downtown Raleigh's original monthly artisan market. It takes place Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. at Trophy Brewing and Taproom on Maywood Avenue.
Adam Carolla (Goodnight's Comedy Club/The Grille at Goodnight's, 861 W. Morgan St., Raleigh) - Jimmy Kimmel has always said that Adam Carolla is the funniest comedian who has never written a joke and dared him to prove it. See Adam perform Friday and Saturday nights.
Triangle Pop-Up Market (The Mill , 146 South Main Street, Fuquay-Varina) - Enjoy shopping local vendors at The Mill in Fuquay-Varina on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
*HOT GIRL SUMMER* Pop Up Market Event (The Dogwood Bar and Eatery, 610 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh) - Dogwood Bar is hosting this pop-up market from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday. There will also be adoptable dogs from Saving Grace Adoption.
Russell Peters (Raleigh Improv, 1224 Parkside Main Street, Cary) - Russell Peters started doing stand-up at the age of nineteen at open mics in his native Toronto in 1989. He spent the next fifteen years honing his craft at clubs across Canada and the UK. See him on stage Thursday through Saturday at Raleigh Improv.
South Durham Summer Music Series (The Glass Jug, 5410 Highway 55, Durham) - Live music is returning to the beer garden at The Glass Jug. Enjoy a mix of local music paired with a visiting food truck Saturday evenings through October.
SOAPBOX Comedy at Boxyard RTP (Boxyard RTP, 900 Park Offices Drive, Durham) - SoapBox is a recurring event at Boxyard RTP that features different art forms each month. This month, enjoy an evening of laughs from BeatBox Stage on Saturday night.
Black Flea Market (Raleigh Union Station, 510 W Martin St, Raleigh) - This pop-up market series will include more than 30 black-owned businesses. Vendors will be located at Raleigh's Union Station from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Book Harvest Block Party (American Tobacco Campus (ATC), 318 Blackwell St, Durham) - Book Harvest will host a Block Party at Diamond View Park at American Tobacco Campus on Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. All attendees will receive culturally inclusive children's books to take home and keep, and the first 800 people in attendance get a special Book Harvest Birthday LocoPop.
Acoustic Nights in The District (Park West Village, Village Market Pl, Morrisville) - Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy live acoustic music at Park West Village Friday night from 6 to 9 p.m.
Troubadours Tribute to James Taylor and Carole King (Koka Booth Amphitheatre, 8003 Regency Parkway, Cary) - Enjoy this tribute show featuring Home Again, A Tribute to the Music of Carole King, and JT Express, which plays the music of James Taylor, at Booth Amphitheatre on Friday night.

Mix Tape Grab Bag Presents: A No Doubt Tribute (Lincoln Theatre, 126 E. Cabarrus St., Raleigh) - Enjoy this No Doubt Tribute with Sneakers Award live on Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
