Enjoy a virtual movie night - The N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences has a long history of offering museum movie nights, and that long-running event is going virtual with a movie screening of the 1988 movie "Willow" on Friday night.

The Country Yard Party (Johnson Properties Auction Yard, 7359 NC Hwy 210 N, Angier) - This country music festival featuring local North Carolina acts including Angier native, Paige King Johnson, will be happening on Saturday starting at 4 p.m. The event offers drive-in tailgate options or socially distant squares for people to put their chairs or blankets. Tickets are $20 per person. 

Get some curbside ice cream - The Howling Cow Dairy Education Center and Creamery offers curbside pick-up of its delicious ice cream.

Be Loud! 20 - Be Loud! 20 will feature videos posted throughout the week on Facebook. There will be streaming sets of past live concerts on Friday and Saturday. The event will raise funds for the UNC AYA Cancer Program.

Cook Like the Pros - With more people cooking at home, we asked some chefs to share some easy recipes with us. This week, learn to make a fun recipe using North Carolina oysters.

Watch this virtual play - "BINGO the Play" premieres on YouTube Friday and is set in the activity room of an assisted living facility on Bingo Night.
