IBMA World of Bluegrass 2020 - The virtual music festival wraps up this weekend with some of the biggest names in bluegrass, as well as unique collaborations. You can watch two stages of music on Friday and Saturday on WRAL.com.

Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week - Restaurant week runs Friday through Oct. 11. Participating restaurants are offering specials that can be ordered for take-out. The Downtown Raleigh Alliance is also hosting Dine Out Downtown on Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. on Fayetteville Street. Two blocks will be closed and set up with picnic tables so diners can enjoy restaurant take-out outdoors. Patrons are expected to wear a mask and keep a 6-foot distance from others.
Dine outdoors in Durham - The Downtown Durham Streetery features expanded outdoor dining in downtown Durham every Friday and Saturday from 5 to 9:30 p.m. until Dec. 19.
Enjoy soft serve ice cream at this chocolate shop - Videri Chocolate Factory in downtown Raleigh has a walk-up window serving soft serve ice cream with homemade toppings.
Celebrate Downtown Raleigh's First Friday - For October First Friday, there will be another mural scavenger hunt from noon to 8 p.m. in the Warehouse District.
