Happy 30th Anniversary, Greg! My family came to know Greg via my brother who was a member of the WRAL-TV family as Chief Engineer until he passed away from cancer in 1996. The WRAL-TV family demonstrated great love & support to my brother and our family during that difficult time. Most of the WRAL-TV employees came to his funeral and I'll never forget how Greg Fishel spent time with my mother, sharing memories of my brother and demonstrating genuine concern over our loss. How refreshing it is to have such a "real" person as our weatherman. We are very thankful for you and glad you continue to be part of the WRAL family.
