My husband and I will never forget that early spring morning in 1987. We awoke to Mix 101.5 and you were giving the weather and explaining how the mountains, weather coming in off the Atlantic, etc. affect forecasting and how they make it difficult to forecast in this "meteorological wasteland" that is central North Carolina!
