I remember when Greg was pretty new at the station and WRAL had gotten a brand new weather system to predict exactly what the weather was going to do. The prediction was a huge snow storm so they cancelled school the night before in Cumberland County where I was a teacher. My daughter was about 5 and we decided to go to McDonald's for breakfast and wait for it to snow. We got there about 8:00 and waited. Finally at 10:00 we left with the sun shining and hardly a cloud in the sky. It was a beautiful day off and my daughter and I loved it. I've watched Greg most everyday since. Congratulations on a wonderful career.
