Greg, the first thing you had to do when you got here was teach us what a "meteorologist" was!
We ain't had none 'o them before! Well do I recall you reporting the weather in the wee hours of the night and morning, and the early morning show, for YEARS. You appeared a little green and very young, but you not only NAILED the weather, you were so enthusiastic about it, that it just captivated your audience. You are an excellent teacher, and have taught us every step of the way. No broadcast has ever been too inconvenient for you! Your energy perks up the grayest day. It has been so much fun to watch your life - - being a complete member of the community, reading Scriptures on the church broadcast, getting married, on and on... maturing out of that "green" image, but never losing the enthusiasm! You just LOVE weather, and that is not lost on us! Then, when you became the "boss," you lost no time in bringing on more meteorologists as you could. You have put together an amazing team, and I trust that all of you understand the affection and trust in which your audience holds you. It all began with you, and I thank you for the excellence and dedication of your life with us. Thank you, Greg! Congratulations!
