I cannot figure out how to use the I-Control interactive part of your weather website. When the I-Control page comes up, three lines of text are on it and nothing else. How am I supposed to "interact?" (Right now, at about 2:30pm in Chapel Hill, I was trying to see exactly where that cell was located that apparently missed our part of the city.) Thank you.

MIKE MOSS SAYS:    Diane,    You may be able to find something in the list below that doesn't match up on your computer - I would especially check to see that you have the Flash player version up to date. If that doesn't fix it, let us know and we'll get some help from our web staff. Also, keep in mind that we have a close view of Orange county available for our Dual Doppler 5000 radar that you can check as an alternative to the iControl feature.
