A Warren County teacher now has a new title.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Warren County teacher now has a new title.

Audrey Cox was crowned as "Miss Black N.C. USA 2008" on Saturday. The middle school chorus teacher wowed the judges with her rendition of Oleta Adams "Get Here."

Cox's platform was T.E.M.P.O. – Together Education & Music Produce Opportunity. She will represent North Carolina in the 2008 National Miss Black USA pageant in Africa.
