Posted — UpdatedTo help, Walmart has quietly been rolling out a new delivery service to 100 stores since mid-April and, now, they’re expanding to around 1,000 locations, with nearly 2,000 offering the service within the next few weeks.
You can pay for your order online or via the app. A personal shopper will put your order together and a delivery driver will pick it up and deliver it to your house. No money is exchanged at the door, so the process is contactless and safe.
The service costs $10 on top of the existing delivery charge. If you’re a Walmart Delivery Unlimited customer, you’ll just pay a $10 fee per Express Delivery order. Walmart says there’s no markup on the items themselves.
At a time when it’s tough to get delivery slots with many services, we’re looking forward to trying out this one.
