Wake magnet schools hold open houses this week
A quick reminder that open houses for Wake magnet elementary and middle schools are this week.

Just a quick reminder that open houses for Wake magnet elementary schools, magnet middle schools and one magnet high school are this week.
For elementary schools, open houses are scheduled at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. For middle schools, the open houses are at 9 a.m. and noon on Thursday. An open house also is scheduled for Southeast Raleigh High School at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. For what it's worth, I attended a couple of sessions at elementary schools last year and found them very helpful.
Update: The online process to apply for Wake magnet schools runs from Feb. 21 to March 7. Check my earlier post on magnet schools for more information about the magnet process.
