Wake Forest police have charged a 19-year-old man in connection with a break-in at a fire station where three firefighters were sleeping. 

<b>WAKE FOREST, N.C.</b> — Wake Forest police have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a break-in at a fire station where three firefighters were sleeping. 

Brian Craig Keller, of 1202 Buttercup Lane, faces first-degree burglary and simple assault charges. He was placed in the Wake County jail under a $51,000 bond and is due in court Tuesday.

Police say Keller broke into the fire station to assault one of the firefighters. There was no word on a possible motive Monday night.

Mykia Daniel, an eighth grader at Ligon Middle School, was shot and killed on Monday in a north Raleigh apartment. A 16-year-old was charged with her murder.
