Police: Wake Forest man broke into fire station to assault firefighter
Wake Forest police have charged a 19-year-old man in connection with a break-in at a fire station where three firefighters were sleeping.

WAKE FOREST, N.C. — Wake Forest police have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a break-in at a fire station where three firefighters were sleeping.
Brian Craig Keller, of 1202 Buttercup Lane, faces first-degree burglary and simple assault charges. He was placed in the Wake County jail under a $51,000 bond and is due in court Tuesday.
Police say Keller broke into the fire station to assault one of the firefighters. There was no word on a possible motive Monday night.
