  • Tuesday, Oct. 11: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Thursday, Oct. 13: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 14: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
People interested in volunteering can register online or contact volunteer coordinator Rosemary Weber at rosemary.weber@uss.salvationarmy.org or 919-390-6732.

There were over 7,900 children enrolled in the Angel Tree Program, which is also called the Christmas Cheer Program, last year. The program helps families provide their children with new clothes and toys on Christmas morning.

Parents who want to register their children must bring:

  • Personal photo ID to prove you are the legal guardian for the children
  • Proof of Income for everyone in household
  • One ID for each child being registered that shows their date of birth (birth certificate, shot record or school record.) This can also be proof that you are the parent or legal guardian if your name is on it.
  • Proof that you are the parent or legal guardian of each child being registered. Document(s) must have your name and the name of each child being registered.
  • Proof of current Wake County address, if different from your picture ID address.
  • Clothing and shoe sizes for each child.
